[ It's always interesting how the new ones find their way down to Kolwoon so rapidly, especially since not that long ago, Kowloon had been something of a dirty little secret. The city itself is dark, dank, and a scant few blocks of nearly floor-to-ceiling buildings, and the tight, cramped streets between the buildings were littered with shops and stands galore, everything from food, to stolen goods, to weapons and other such items. This one stand is littered with knives and weapons, everything one could need for engaging in... well. The sorts of things Kowloon was known for.

The man is turned, so Therion only sees a normal profile, talking to someone else behind the counter, a hand outward, gesturing for something, before the man nodded, and then a small packet (of what is presumably money) exchanged hands. He was paying the other attendant a lot of money. For what, it isn't clear. There is no product.

He'd just been turning to go, when Therion starts asking questions, and he paused.
