[At first Jade starts to say something, but the bubbling nausea creeps up in her throat again, eliciting another retch. Instead, she just mutely waves a dismissive hand.
[Once it subsides some seconds later, she slowly pushes herself into a more verticle position, nursing the throbbing ache in her forehead.]
Hnn, m'fine. [Jade finally says, though her complexion looks a little greener than before.] I just. Really hate. Teleports.
[If it were up to her, she'd travel by myrad, horse, or donkey, but that didn't seem to be an option from where they were. Just one more thing she'd have to learn to adapt.
[After a moment, she takes deep breaths, before looking down at her new guide as color slowly returns to her dusky cheeks. She doesn't question the eyewear, having seen similar spectacles worn by magisters or those with poor vision. The fact that they're shaded is strange, but not any stranger than anything else she's seen. Her attention seems more captured by the appearance of the Springstar locals, some of whom did not appear to be entirely... human.
[Is. Is that normal here? Would it be culturally insensitive to even ask? What the fuck?]
