GIVE US A BLURB ABOUT THEM!:

Rin Tohsaka is a young woman at odds with herself. As a child she was raised to reflect ideals that contradict her core feelings. She was taught to be prim-and-proper, elegant, self-reliant, cynical, detached, cold and logically rational. However her true self, which comes out in private, is much different. Loud, bossy, shrewd, stingy, and childishly competitive.

This disconnect from how she was raised and her true feelings leaves those around her to feel like they get mixed signals. She puts off a very hot-and-cold attitude. Sometimes oscillating from detached ice queen to reactionary hot-head. On occasion one may come across the "Red Devil" side of her which is more mischievous and playful. At her core, and what she buries deepest, is her inclination to act as a big sister. She's incredibly protective of those she cares about and will overburden herself with responsibility. Though she'll most definitely disguise it as something self-serving.

Kenos Specific:
In Kenos Rin has convinced herself that anything Meridian promises must just be a sweet lie. Not only that, but she's rooted in the thought process that many worlds don't deserve to be brought back, and building something better and moving on is the only course of action. She has been around since March 2023 and currently owns a little business that she's struggling to keep afloat (she's not great with money...). Her ultimate goal is Zenith's victory and to create a place where her sister Sakura can live away from the world that had harmed and tormented her.

GENERAL PLANS:

I've sort of fallen off with general plans for her and started just going with the flow. Before the event kicks off there's going to be another plot in which impacts the health/integrity of Sakura's shard, so I'm looking to have Rin spiral and go T4 Discord eventually with it and give ppl a monster fight (months down the line so maybe late spring or sometime in summer). Whether it ends in a permadeath or simply as a pivotal character building moment is still up in the air on how long I want to keep her around, but that also depends on in-game developments too!

Also... It's Rin's birthday on Feb. 3rd so yippee... she's 19.

EVENT SPECIFIC PLANS::

Rin won't be involved directly with the assassination plot, but she will take action in the aftermath of Yima's Manor getting destroyed. She's capable when helping others, so you may find her reliable for providing healing, debris removal, and other things. As a T2 Zenite and a member of the community of merchants around the Antiques Market she can't just stand by! I'd be happy to lend her out wherever she may be needed for clean-up and community service. Even if she'll probably complain about it.

CR OFFERINGS:

✧ Merchant who offers custom minor magical items, salves, potions, & skin care items
✧ While Rin may not get along with Meridians who are "too nice" (self sacrificing) she doesn't outright begrudge those who are cross-faction if you'd like CR with a character who "puts the fight on the shelf" so-to-speak outside of Oracle events.
✧ She's a bi girlfail who thinks feelings just get in the way of goals (and then catches feelings anyway) so there's a lot to do with that
✧ Negative CR is welcome since she doesn't have the most pleasant personality and can be dismissive of other people's feelings at first — while also being a bit cynical and harshly pragmatic
