GENERAL PLANS: Raphael is here to uh. Corrupt people. He's a devil, so there is a certain level of "unchanging" to him. He's already vile, and if you pretend he isn't, he'll swindle you out of your soul. He's kind of like a lawyer and the cringeiest theater kid you've ever encountered all in one. He spends a lot of his general time in Springstar, Highstorm, and Kowloon patronizing the arts, building a network of deals that he'll tug on when the time comes, and in general is just here to kinda be a little bit more lax. He is invested in Meridian mostly because he hasn't shown his dad up yet, but that can always change, his loyalty is to one person, and one person alone. Himself.
EVENT SPECIFIC PLANS:: Springstar under attack??: Well. He will begrudgingly help but only if there's something in it for him! I'm happy to have him tag around with other Meris, offer to help for a favor later, etc! My other two are heavily involved in the event, so like. I'm probably going to be a little light with Raphael this month, but I am happy to tag here and there with him! He's good help if you convince him to! Maybe
Gun gun! Raphael hasn't really been involved or knows of the gun, so this whole thing is going to be a surprise, but he won't hesitate to fuck things up around it if given the opportunity! He will probably be willing to pester the suffering Highstorm locals a little bit because it's funny, maybe offers some aid to those he thinks are useful, etc. Overall, he's really serving himself in this, so it's all about his whims!
CR I CAN OFFER: I can offer a character who can make your character's dreams come true! For a Price! Raphael is a character I want to use to help facilitate other characters' dreams/cr directions/etc! My preference is for him to be available to take him in fun and new directions, and be a tool to be used (lol) for characters!
