I promise all you need to know about Alice is she serves with a war relief unit in canon and views life in general as a battlefield so everyone needs war relief in her eyes.

Not yet on the faction front! She leans more Meridian at the moment but I doubt she'll commit to either until the dust settles. I will say while the plot will inevitably pull factions apart Alice herself won't. She'll be just as likely to talk to, befriend and protect folk in the opposing faction as much as her own.
