Due to Subaru ticking off lots of boxes she noticed in the resident dhampirs (D, Liem), she SUSPECTS that maybe he's a dhampir, so she could definitely tip into realizing that he's an actual full vampire! (Would it help if there's a lot of blood flying around, I don't remember the particulars of his vampirism...)
