We recommend completing your Lore Quest for further details on how Claude might elevate himself as a candidate/a person of political prestige in the future. At this time, the key candidates who have already been campaigning for months are Agapitos Voreen and Desmond Ruadh, and competition for the Seat of Tribune at the time of an assassination during wartime will see the election coming down between the two of them.
Additionally! For a PC to take a higher role/position within Springstar's governance or to have more political sway, they would be be expected to have a higher degree of Harmonization (T3+). Claude has some of the groundwork laid out, and without further Harmonization some prestigious paths and positions outside of the vaulted and respected title of "Shard-Bearer" will remain closed off. To this end, we'd love to see Claude acquiring a higher position if you choose to Harmonize him further as part of any desired character arc/narrative, so: make sure your character survey is updated to reflect this route, and let's get to guiding him along!
