Give us a blurb about them: Kiritsubo is an ancient tanuki living in the modern era of an alternate Earth populated by humans and (secretly) spirits. The work of "Kiritsubo the Wandering Tattoo Artist" is in constant demand, even though she doesn't let that dictate whether she actually shows up when called. She is a whimsical, hedonistic wanderer who travels the world following idle curiosities, new skills to hone, and fleeting pleasures, tattooing and telling fortunes as she pleases along the way and dabbling with all kinds. She appears completely unbound to conventions like loyalty, duty, identity, or monogamy. She did have one selfish goal she'd secretly been working on for the last 500 years, but... don't you worry about that, it's finished. (Right?) The Kiritsubo you meet might not be the Kiritsubo others meet.
Event specific plans:
In general, Kiritsubo will mostly just be (seemingly) vibing and strolling through the various worlds, more interested in using them to learn more about other Shard-bearers than go hardcore seeking out Shards. If asked directly for aid, though, she will join specific Shard hunts. (You might want to ask, her「sight」is probably quite useful for finding them.) If she does find any, she will put them in the hands of more dedicated Zenites and allow them to decide what to do with them. The worlds I am currently considering threading out are:
TOKYO (HER WORLD) 🔮 in private (or stumbled-upon disturbed privacy) Kiritsubo will be spending some time with nostalgia in her world, overlooking the city or enjoying the sakura on her own... but intentionally in front of people she will be a Good Little Tour Guide and offer to help people have fun and enjoy their time there "before it all vanishes again"
MENZOBERRANZAN (DRIZZT's WORLD) 🔮 now this is a world for dommy mommies... I mean, uh, Kiritsubo will quickly be assuming the shape of a female drow in order to move around the city with less hassle, and she will be indulging in observation, sticking her nose into the minor house war, and tracking down a tattooist to observe their work (fascinating! so skilled at working with dark skin!)
SENSE AMID MADNESS, WIT AMIDST FOLLY (DEMEISEN's WORLD) 🔮 Kiritsubo heard "hedonistic utopian paradise" and signed up to do All of That, so she will be indulging (seemingly) carelessly in drugs, orgy, and observation in Divinity In Extremis and other parts of the ship
SILVER GROVE (JADE's WORLD) 🔮 this is actually the sort of scenario that Kiritsubo would be tempted to interfere in, because she would see it as a pitiable abomination that needs putting down, so she will be more likely to cooperate here with people who want to find the World Shard and destroy it-- her eyes can "see only the Truth" so she may be useful in deciphering the nature of this village and identifying who is at the center of the issue
CAMPANIA CRUISE LINER (SEBASTIAN's WORLD) 🔮 she would like to dance at a lavish party, enjoy the Turkish baths, and scandalize some Victorians, but the zombies are going to make her very cross, especially since she does not generally like to be involved in fighting but the confined nature of the ship will mean she probably has to actually join the fray

Do you want your character to find your shard? I have no preference either way. Kiritsubo won't consider it "her", per se, and will not feel any particular compunction to seek it out or affect its "fate". If a Meridian wants to shatter it for their cause, that is fine. If a Zenite or CR wants to secure it for her, she would thank them (and then debate crushing it herself in private oops).
