i will say better than jinba-world about jinba but not gREAT is the way to describe it! So They will invite Generals / Other leaders of the Legions of Terror to their parties when they are orcs/goblins etc. But they will not elevate them to high-born status and give them the opportunity to run anything. The high-houses of course are a lot more derisive, given that even on a good day with other humans they can be pretty nasty, but it will be rather veiled
