I AM IN CATCHUP MODE so apologies in advance for any dumb questions but: aside from the assault Cetina lead, Yura's murder and the unrest created by the Uplifting etc., how have the factions conducted relations with each other? Have they agreed on some kind of formal reduction in fighting, or is this more like an implicitly agreed stalemate while the Shardbearers have nap time?
