I was a leader elsewhere. Old habits die hard.

[ He says, around a mouthful of smoke and a sip of his whiskey. He may not be the one in charge, but he had no doubt that of many of the Zenites, he was the more... driven toward the cause. He did not hold doubt in it, and while he was not fully trustworthy of Yima -- that was Amos's job -- he had witnessed the vastness of nothing. Not just here, but in Horos as well. He'd seen it, that beautiful spark of nothing, that swallowed everything, like the air and sound itself had been sucked away, to leave only the domineering vastness of everything, of which he was only a speck. He'd seen it here, too, with Yima. She had touched his hand -- a rare allowance -- and he'd felt the vastness of it.

He wanted to drown in that nothingness. To let oblivion like water rush over him, fill his lungs and mouth, engulfed in that void.

Zenith offers more than simply reunification. We're meant to destroy it. All of it. Every last world out there, the vast, innumerable lands, the ones that are left, they will be reduced to nothing, just like our worlds and everyone that resided there.

[ It's sharp, with belief. Not the belief of a fervent acolyte, but the sound of someone who wanted to see it all burn down. It is not a belief in the rebirth, but a need for revenge that a world exists without... whatever he prized. He does not speak of the two most precious things in any universe, that were now gone. ]
