[Muscles make sense. Even if they're still way stronger than they look like they should be capable of being... at least this woman had the wherewithal to look strong.
Swift, long legs carry Hayame out of the temporary danger of the thrashing, pained beast, pushing down the brief surge of pride she feels- not at her shot hitting home, because that was to be expected, but for being praised for it. A pathetic remnant of a life spent chasing the recognition of others need not be acknowledged... and so Hayame remains cold and hard in contrast to the other's warmth and flexibility.
Not so hard that she can't dodge, however.]
Keep it distracted- !
[Lopping off a leg would do that, she's sure, but Hayame calls out despite before she gallops back around the howling monster, taking advantage of it's new blind spot to give her a chance to draw a new arrow from her quiver, notching it upon her bowstring. Odd-colored blood splurting from it's wounds, the beast lunges and snaps, and Hayame waits for another chance, tracking the flailing arc of its head with the tip of her arrow.
Waiting for that single moment of opportunity with a high enough chance of success.]
