Gods that lived and walked in the world were...something that would warp the very fabric of reality to Akua. Even Angels and Demons would have warped the world around them -- even fey often did -- for the way Creation would react to their input would simply... shift.
Their values imposed on Creation was something that could no more exist than the fact that his woman would be a God on this world. It is not so much overwhelming as it is...unthinkable. Should have been, had Akua not met several gods thus far, and understood that other worlds would react in different, and unusual ways.
