[ It had been a couple weeks now that Zhongli had harmonized to Zenith, and thank goodness because supporting two people on Childe's salary (or more accurately supporting someone of Zhongli's particular tastes on anyone's salary) was truly starting to become a nightmarish endeavor. But now, Zhongli was even more free to peruse the marketplace as he liked. And with the growing tension between the two factions, he found retail therapy to be a very soothing pasttime.
So on this slightly nippu Pelu day, Zhongli wanders the markets of Highstorm, perusing the stalls for the most part until he comes up a food vendor that is making a specialty dish that is available only in early spring. It is a bun of some sort, dough hand-kneaded in the early hours of the morning and coming with a variety of fillings. Intrigued by anything advertised as limited, Zhongli lingers indecisively weighing the pros and cons of each option and driving the vendor mad with questions about the sourcing and quality of the ingredients.
Eventually, he turns to the nearest person who might be lingering about unaware of the long-winded conversation they were about to be pulled into: ]
