[ As far as he knows, they don't really have a whole lot in common. A penchant for practicality probably, a healthy cynicism maybe, but that might be about it. They don't share an aspect; even though she's here in Highstorm, she isn't a Zenite. Not now, at least.

But her hesitation makes him think maybe there's something else there. People don't really fight for no reason (unless they're psychos, which, he's not getting that vibe from her). They don't take time to seriously consider certain things, either.

So maybe there is an understanding here to be reached between the two of them. Something that'll help her along. That, or he could just be misreading things, or blow it up in another moment... but that's not what he's getting now.

She reminds me of someone who did in the past. A lot, actually.
