He’s been expanding his horizons from Victorian England since coming to Kenos, certainly, but still, no one has asked him for anything from Asia, so he’s stay comfortably within the fine French cooking he learned. It gives him something new, and there’s a simple joy in that. ]

Well, that should be easy enough, as I admit, I am not familiar! The cuisine of Asia as a whole is in fact quite new to me, though I will brag for but a moment to say that I make an excellent Indian curry.

[ Something he’s now a bit more grateful for since the unique palate of spices that he’d needed to learn was incredibly useful, as it turned out. He gives a little nod as he brings a hand to his chin thoughtfully. ]

Indeed, I may need some time to experiment and learn a bit more, but I would be delighted to do so.
