Personally, selecting a side to ally myself with would be of paramount importance, but that could be a somewhat personal matter, I admit. Regaining my natural abilities was my first priority when I arrived, at least. [ He’s honest about it, at least… ] But more generally, orient myself to both of the cities. Take a day in each to learn the major locations, the seats of power, et cetera. It is an excellent starting point to learn more about the cities, their people, and this strange new world as a whole. From there, I would pursue whatever caught my interest most, really.
