So of course, when witnessing the altercation unfold from above (as he'd been stalking Yüshia himself above ground level out of sheer boredom, and because it was hard to conceal a 7'8" tall alien amongst this crowd), he took a seat on the edge of a rickety balcony, long legs dangling over the edge, and leaned forwards with a grin that flashed his shark-like teeth.
Immediately, he knew she was going to be the winner against her inept stalker. The man she lunged at was a beanpole of a man, had that desperate twitchy air about him too and a comical expression of surprise at the sudden assault. The stalker scrambled away, stammering something unintelligible and... ran away?

Boo! Booooo! [He yelled at the fleeing stalker's back, picking up some rubbish littering the edge of the balcony and tossing it after him.] Not even a punch! She only had a piddling little knife! You could have tried to wrestle it from her! Tch.
