Highstorm

[Gavial wonders why she always shows up to these parties here in Highstorm when they roll around. (The answer is evident in the plate piled up with meats in front of her and the drink in her hand.) The locals remain waaay too low-key for her, and with Zenith’s recent Oracle loss, moods aren’t exactly exuberant, even by their standards. Needless to say, even though people have gotten used to this boisterous Shard-bearer running around town, she still gets some sideways glances around here.

Still, she won’t complain about free food and a chance to chat up new people. Seems like this time, she might’ve stumbled onto a kindred spirit. She glances the other woman’s way, crocodile tail in a slow and idle sway behind her.]
