[ Yuri spares a moment to think back on his few months here with a soft, thoughtful hum. Thus far he mostly has relied on his knives, his sword, and a few tricks. He's never been above fighting dirty, and the less an opponent knows of his capabilities, the better it is for him.

Even so, he's had occasional uses for offensive magic. The more this battle for Oracles wears on, the higher the odds that he'll have to use more. It'd be naive to think he won't have to employ more spells in combat, especially when some among their number are willing to kill. ]

Mostly to treat injuries, fortunately... I can well imagine that may change, all things considered.

[ It's a grim reality, but such is the nature of war, no matter how strange. He can only hope that more people are unwilling to die for a potentially false premise than otherwise. ]

Whenever sides grapple over one of those Oracles, it can get ugly. Tended to someone cut up so badly she passed out from blood loss, last time... And as soon as she could find her feet, off she went to fight some more.

No one should be going through that for higher-ups that might've just spun us a pretty bit of fiction.
