There used to be a couple of other guys I knew from Rhodes Island running around here too, but it’s been… damn, months already? Since I’ve seen either of ‘em.

[Kind of weird to think about how much time she’s spent here, away from home. She doesn’t really mind it—getting to see different places is kinda what she liked about both mercenary work and her job with the pharmaceutical company—but it does shift things into perspective, a bit.]

Glad people from home can still show up here from time to time… even if it does mean you get to deal with all the nonsense around here now.
