Sometimes people just disappear. Can be a temporary thing sometimes, like if they got into some trouble. But those cases, they usually come with a commotion. People notice.

But it can be a more permanent thing. Something about souls getting kind of adrift in time, I guess? Think that’s what happened to them. I sure don’t feel them around anymore.
