But he does finally take the sunglasses off to pop into his jacket pocket. There’s not exactly much to see at this point where the darker lenses hide anything, but he’ll admit, it probably looks a little silly.
Though, now that he’s taken them off, Silco might also get a better idea of why he wears them. Tezcatlipoca’s eyes are a very light blue in a way that’s not at all a natural color in the same way that the brilliance of Quetzalcoatl’s green eyes isn’t quite natural. As modern as he’s dressed, it’s only his eyes (and teeth, when you can see the feline fangs) that mark him as something else. Tezcatlipoca isn’t a humble god, but he does prefer to be a little incognito when he’s out and about. ]
