It’s toothless and without real, personal stakes. The fate of worlds is something big, sure, but it’s nebulous, especially to mortals that don’t have a sense of that kind of thing. He’s sure the way they think about it is as simple as “do I get to see people I know again” or “fuck ‘em, they had their shot” with little consideration for the bigger picture.

So, though he had been reserved in asking the question (and quietly giving his wisdom through it), he’s not at all in his reaction. Tezcatlipoca grins and laughs just as the other war god surely would, but his energy is still more cool and focused than Set’s more manic affect. ]
