NAME: Nebula CANON: MCU FACTION | ASPECT: T3 Meridian | Exalt Give us a blurb about them: Former biggest sadist in the galaxy on their hero arc. Nebula was taken from her home world at a very young age and was raised as a living weapon - any physical, mental, or emotional failure was replaced by machinery. Doubly so when she constantly lost to her sister, Gamora. While all she wanted was a family this treatment as the lesser, put-upon child warped her into a bitter, demented thing who only sought to best her sister and receive some kind of acknowledgement. That acknowledgement came too late: their father killed her sister and wiped out half the universe. After that she became a Guardian of the Galaxy and helped to undo what her father did, spending years traveling to help out planets that needed it.
Event Plans/Character offerings: (Sorry I'm kind of doing this all in one go, my brain is just a bit empty right now and I tend to ramble!)
👾 Nebula has a pretty centralized focus on trying to return all worlds to how they should be. Because of this while she won't necessarily seek out every world shard - frankly! if they're not found that's better?? - but she will staunchly defend them. This can lead to some PVP and/or talk of morality.
👾 I'm probably limiting myself on tagging out this time because I tend to be tag out heavy and then I drown. Worlds with CR or people who would like to grow CR will be my first priority!
👾 Overall, I'm going to work on CR building and solidification for Nebula here. While I'm very sure of her direction, I've admittedly felt like I don't much have a solid like... backbone in Kenos, I guess! So I want to work on strengthening CR and pushing narrative forward. I'm open to any emotional beats you may want to aim for. Or physical ones (with a note that if you're wanting to dissipate her this is something I want to discuss; my thoughts are usually perma-death so I want any moments to be serious/highstakes).
👾 On Knowhere, Nebula will seem a lot more relaxed than anyone's seen her while also just as attentive. If your character is likely to notice they are welcome to realize she is considered the city's Leader and a lot of her focus is checking on the citizens/children and also keeping an eye out for anyone possibly looking to mess things up. If anyone does anything to harm even this visited idea of Knowhere... well. It won't go well.
👾 She's been to a lot of different worlds so while new worlds/different experiences won't really stun her she will actually ? make an effort to learn more about them? Even if it's a bit awkward and/or she's quick to snap, it really depends! She'll also be on the look out for any shard and if she comes across any will either a) stay in the vicinity to make sure they don't get messed with (not sneaky) and lie badly about it. Which can cause for some hilarity! Or if she gets tired of it take them with her to protect who knows.
👾 You know she's brought up she's a Guardian and some people [Set] know she considers them family but the only one anyone knows by name is Gamora.... It's time to learn what she's really fighting for and boy is she sure af an Exalt, isn't she?
